was given in November 2010 by the Quality In Tourism inspector - we didn't bribe her!!Sample menu here is for guidance only as it changes with the seasons - we actually got some plums from our newly planted orchard last Autumn, and made some plum jam and also stewed plums with port to go on the breakfast menu.We try to source as much local produce as possible, and are fortunate to have such an abundance to choose from - for example honey from Louise Cook in Mildenhall 2 miles away.
