Poulton Grange is a spacious, purpose built family farm house for the 21st Century. It is situated on the Marlborough Downs within an area of outstanding natural beauty. We opened for luxury farmhouse B & B on 1st September 2008 and look forward to welcoming many more visitors and friends through the doors! We currently have 2 spacious guest rooms with stunning views. Both with really comfortable beds - super king sized doubles that can also be twins. Both bedrooms have light and airy en-suite facilities. Full English breakfast with local produce cooked on the Aga is highly recommended.

Poulton Grange has its own water supply from an aquifer laying 150' below the chalk downland and is also heated by a geo thermal heat source installed in 2008 when the house was built. Although a spacious farmhouse it has a carbon neutral footprint and is tremendously snug in winter and airy in summer.
P.S. Postcode will only get you to the bottom of our private drive - which is 1 mile long so don't think you have got lost - just ring if you do! Make sure you go UNDER the old railway bridge BEFORE turning left into our drive
Bluebells in May 2008 in our ancient woodland. Looks like they are out already this year on 18th April!
